For teams that need to validate a concept before committing to a full build. A time-boxed, fixed-price engagement that produces a working prototype and a go/no-go recommendation. Fast, low-risk, and designed to surface the real challenges before they get expensive.

The Rapid Insight Workshop answers that.

Most businesses that come to us know something needs to change - they just are not sure what to build first, or whether what they think they want is actually the highest-value move. The Rapid Insight Workshop is two structured sessions with your key people that map your operational reality, surfaces the highest-impact opportunities, and produces a transformation roadmap with a business case attached. Fixed price, $9,000 + GST. Four deliverables in around three weeks.

It is the starting point for most Apex engagements. It also stands alone - there is no obligation to continue with CodeFish after the session.

Which engagement fits our business?

It depends less on headcount than on what you need to prove. If you have an idea you have not tested, Ignite gives you a working prototype and a go/no-go call for $25K–$50K. If you know what you need built and can describe it, Amplify delivers it to a fixed price, usually from around $100K. If you are an established business with a roadmap of operational work across software, data and AI, Apex embeds us as your ongoing partner. Most owners can tell which fits after one conversation with us.

No. Apex has a six-month minimum term, but nobody has to start there. Ignite and Amplify are fixed-price projects with a defined end, and the Rapid Insight Workshop stands alone with no obligation to continue. We only suggest Apex when you have a steady flow of work across systems, data and AI that suits a monthly partnership, and your monthly investment then sets how much of the roadmap we take on. If a single project solves your problem, we will tell you that rather than sell you the bigger package.

For most businesses the first step is the Rapid Insight Workshop at a fixed $9,000 + GST, with four deliverables in your hands around three weeks later. If you already know what you want to test, an Ignite proof of concept runs $25K–$50K. Larger builds go through Amplify, priced in full from a requirements spec before any code is written, so you see the number before you commit. You will not get an open-ended hourly bill from us for a first engagement, and every price is in Australian dollars, excluding GST.
